About the Artist

I, S. Sweeney, a.k.a. Sweeney's Studios, am an artist born and raised in Parma, OH, although I now call Deltona, FL home. For as long as I have been crawling, I have been doing art in some way, shape, or form. By the time I was about 2, my brother snuck in some blue paint to our room and I ended up painting everything, myself included. Then, when I was around 5, my parents found me hiding behind our big family couch, with a huge elmo mural that I had envisioned in crayon all across the walls.

From there, it has only continued as I have only found more of an interest and an inclination to continue to push myself, learning and growing my knowledge and abilities as I have continued through my nearly 30 years of this wild journey we call life.

Art as a whole is my passion - graphic illustrations/designs, acrylic paintings, and sclupting/resin work is of my favourites, but I've been known to dabble in watercolour, sewing/plush making, photography, woodwork, tattoo designing, storybook illustrating, murals, duct tape sculptures and accessories, and so on. I would love to add more storybook work, game landscape designing, creating a clothing line/designs (if you're curious, I actually have a gym apparel line in the works, I just need to launch it officially)
