Overhaul is almost done!

Hello all!

The primary overhaul of SweeneysStudios.com and its pages have been completed! That being said, the shop still needs more pieces added to it, but, I was able to retrieve a TON of my old product photos off my old laptop & should be providing a big shop drop here soon!

I have created some incentives for memberships, including a point based program. You will earn 10 crayons for every $1 spent, and can redeem 500 crayons for 10% off your entire order. I also have a referral program that, if you refer someone & they make a purchase, you will both receive 20% off of $50 or more coupons, as well as some points!

My portfolio is still undergoing major construction + I am still in the process of cleaning, organizing, photographing, categorising, and listing all of my completed works, and thus, am still in the process of providing a more cohesive and full portfolio.

Also! If you had your eyes on some of my old etsy pieces before I broke up with them (lol,) fear not! My current objective is to go through my old etsy listings tote (yes, i kept listed art in a separate tote) + matching the information to my personal logs + the pics, and then uploading those pieces first!

Being able to provide a full shop + running a site + the social media + creating everything is a lot of work, so, I do juggle those quite frequently, as well as working around a full time job as a manager, so some updates are slower than others. This doesn’t mean they won’t happen! I hope to bring at least 20 items into my shop for the start of 2025 so I can share them all with you!

Seeing as my current priority on here is shop/portfolio related, and irl is making my studio spaces all neat and tidy/functional, any additional shop updates will be slow for a little. Once certain milestones are hit, such as X# of items listed total, or all of XY or Z medium created this far have been listed, etc.

I also still have to set up payment functions on my site still, so bare with me! I bought my domain and the storage space etc. before completion of said domain, simply to get the ball rolling.

Once all of these things that are on my plate now are completed, I want to build up the members page section so those who have signed up &/or are repeat customers will have more features and such available to them! I have not completely confirmed yet, but, I am highly considering making a “members only” shop (have to research if that’s possible first tho lmao) where certain special items will be released, like custom gemstone bracelets, custom sculptures, and custom paintings, but this, again, is all up in the air at the moment.

ANYWHO, all of that rambling to say - I do hope navigation of my webpage has become much more feasible & accessible to those who have been sneaking peaks! I did spend quite a lot more time than I realized just tweaking the functionality and visibility of both the desktop and the mobile versions, so, hopefully it is super easy for everyone to read, look at, and enjoy!
